| Creating a Psychedelic logo |
In this tutorial we'll create a psychedelic logo for a disco/pub. Quite a lot of techniques underwent in to creating this logo. But the catch is using color halftone for creating disco lights within the text. Start by creating a new file and filling the background with a solid flouroscent green color. |

In a new layer type the name of disco "Disc-us". |

| Rotate the text a little bit. |

| Create a duplicate of this layer. Right click and select rasterize layer. |

| Enable preserve transparency for this layer. |

| Create a orange to yellow to orange gradient and fill in this layer. |

From filter menu apply pixelate>>color halftone to this layer. Use settings as shown. |

| This is how it will look after applying color halftone. This filter adds beautiful pattern to our text. |

| Double click on this layer to open layer style window. Apply stroke, bevel & emboss and shadow using settings as shown. |

| Create a green to white gradient. |

| Draw a circular selection. |

| Press Ctrl+Alt+D to apply feather to selection. Enter a high radius settings. |

| Create a lyer below disc-us and apply the radial gradient in this circular selection. |

| To this layer apply filter>>pixelate>>color halftone. Use previous settings for color halftone.. |

| Add byline "disco 'n' pub" in a new layer. |

| Apply a white stroke to "disco 'n' pub". |

| Our Disc-us logo is all set to boogie. |
